About this project
The Sentinel Court project was focussed on delivering a clean, white finish, juxtaposed with black elements like downpipes to frame. It's a 260㎡, 5 bedroom home situation on a 716㎡, rear section.
Located at the back end of a cul-de-sac, on-street parking was always going to be limited, so the design and positioning of the property was carefully considered to maximise parking space.
Amongst the house's many great features are a large scullery, spacious showers, a private backyard and covered patio. Throughout the home, glass splash backs have been used in the laundry and scullery to better compliment the design of the kitchen—they're also implemented along the bottom of the kitchen island to mirror the polished concrete floors.
