Build on a 6900m² section, this 316m² home features 3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Constance Street, Chartwell

For this project, TBS Waikato was contracted to manage the development of four townhouses. Each townhouse features three bedrooms across two levels and 162m² of floor space, each set on a 244m²+ site. These town houses were designed to cater to those seeking a low maintenance, higher end home.

TBS Waikato's involvement began at the start with subdivision scheme plans, resource consent design, budgeting, booking and more. This project is still under way so be sure to keep up to date with progress!
